John Lenis is a graduate of Hallmark Institute of Photography. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in business from Becker College. The Board and Council of the Professional Photographers of America awarded John the degree of Master of Photography at the January, 2010 Imaging USA in Nashville, TN.

He is an active member of numerous national, regional, and state organizations where he has earned a variety of album and print competition awards, including two individual images which were accepted into the prestigious Loan Collection of the Professional Photographers of America. He has also won both the esteemed Kodak Gallery award for Best Portrait and the Court of Honor award for Best Social Event from Professional Photographers Association of Massachusetts.

Having demonstrated exceptional technical knowledge and abilities as a Professional Photographer, and having satisfied a thorough review of personal and business ethics, and having pledged responsibility to advancing the rights of consumers, John Lenis is PPA Certified. The PPA Certification is held by fewer than 2,500 photographers worldwide.

John is the state representative for Professional Photographers of Massachusetts. He continues his studies at the New England Institute of Professional Photography and attends conventions, seminars and shops regularly, in order to provide his clients with an innovative and modern style.
